Want to Apply? Look for the unit you are interested in under the correct tab. We have unit housing or per bed housing. Click on the unit you are interested in. Call our office if you do not see our listing. Every batching single needs to fill out a separate application. Two members of a family (for unit housing) may fill out one application as a signer and co-signer. Groups need to turn in applications in a timely manner to stay together.
Application Fee is $50. Fill out one application only. If you are interested in multiple properties, please list all of them on one application.
How long does it take to review an application? That depends on whether it is filled out properly and we can verify all your information quickly. We try to accept or reject applications as quickly as possible.
Schedule a showing? Call our office to schedule a showing during our normal office hours. We need to give the tenants at least a 24 hour notice.

Checking In? Please come to our office at 742 N 500 W #104, Provo to check in. We only do check ins during normal office hours. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
Checking Out? Please call the office at 801-434-8840 to schedule a check out time during office hours. We will come to your unit to check your cleaning and pick up key, self-addressed envelope, and parking pass.
Moving out prior to the end of your contract? If you are moving yourself and all of your stuff out of the unit before your contract is over, you should schedule a check out.
How can I log into my account? Log in on our website at LREutah.com to make a payment, see your account balance or charges, to find forms, or to make a maintenance request. Log in through the resident portal with your email address. You can request a password reset if needed.
How can I fill out a maintenance request? Please log into your account to report any maintenance requests.
- Please be aware that submitting a request gives permission to enter the unit to do the repair.
- Repairs are organized by priority. Water leaks and other issues that damage the property are high priority.
- Repair requests should be submitted in a timely manner. Requests that come in late in the day or over the weekend will be deferred to another business day, rather than being done after hours, unless it is a true emergency. Failure to report a repair that causes further damage will be the tenant's responsibility.
- Repairs & maintenance are done by a separate company, not Legend Real Estate. We may be able to update you, but we are not in charge of the schedule and do not know exactly when a repair will occur.
